Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry President has indicated that this is the best time to buy property since property prices are reasonable and the chances of an upside in the future are greater as compared to other asset classes.

Certainly. Property prices will only increase in future. People who have funds should invest in property.

CBRE report has said that property prices will come down in next 2 months. That ways it becomes the best time but on the ground the situation has not changed.
