Will property rates in Gurgaon rise further?

Query: I want to know about Gurgaon market. Will the property rates go up or down? I am getting different rates for a 300 sq yds plot in DLF Phase II. Please guide me.

    Gurgaon rates are poised to increase further. Pl spk to some brokers there.
