Need two-bedroom house on rent

Magicbricks.com Moderator says: A surfer has requested us to post his requirement here. He is relocating to Gurgaon for better job prospects and is looking for a two- bedroom house. He needs this accommodation on rent and should be somewhere near to Udyog Vihar. He wants a safe place that is well connected by transport links.

Land rates hiked in Noida. Will you still buy property there?

Magicbricks.com moderator says: Today’s newspaper confirmed my worst fears. Property prices in Noida have been hiked again. The Noida authority has decided to raise prices by 20-25% for all residential, commercial and institutional land auctioned by it. The new rates would be announced in a day or two.
