Single, serviced apartment or shared flat?
Magicbricks moderator says – Nowadays, serviced apartments are becoming a common residential option. Just for information, serviced apartments are these cosy,1 BHK sets that are fully furnished with modern amenities along with a modular kitchen.
If you were staying single in the city, would you prefer a small, cosy and costly serviced apartment or would you put up in a big, shared but affordable flat? Serviced apartment would give you privacy and space but big, shared flat would be easy on the pocket? Would you spend money for a comfortable apartment? Or would you put up with boring roomies to save some money???
What is your take? Single, serviced apartments or shared flat???

Are property prices going down in Gurgaon?
Magicbricks Moderator says -Recent media reports suggest that property prices in posh Delhi and Mumbai areas continue to rise while the real-estate rates in Gurgaon are decreasing.
Gurgaon is one of the most active markets in the NCR wagon. Are property prices really stabalising there? Is property becoming affordable there? Anybody has any clue about how the transactions are happening in that market?
