Need two-bedroom house on rent

He needs this accommodation on rent and should be somewhere near to Udyog Vihar. He wants a safe place that is well connected by transport links.

Land rates hiked in Noida. Will you still buy property there?

The Noida authority has decided to raise prices by 20-25% for all residential, commercial and institutional land auctioned by it. The new rates would be announced in a day or two.

- Will people rethink before buying property there?

- Will home seekers shy away from buying property in Noida?

Affordable homes: Can they be a reality?

Magicbricks.com moderator says: At a recent seminar on affordable homes, I heard many people speak on the subject. Many speakers said that the government needs to draft policies for affordable homes. Other speakers mentioned that private developers need to take a lead there?
